1. Parties and subject
These terms are between rixor and the person who opens a rixor account ("member"). They cover the shared account opened at rixor.com.tr and the use of shop.rixor.com.tr and promosyon.rixor.com.tr with it. Purchases are also subject to the distance sales contract and pre-information form on the relevant site.
2. Membership
- Membership begins once you verify the code sent to your email. The details you give must be accurate and current.
- Your account is personal; you can't transfer it or let others use it.
- If you're under 18, use the account with a parent or guardian's permission.
3. Account security
- Don't share your password, email codes or two-step verification backup codes with anyone.
- If you see activity you don't recognise, change your password, sign out other sessions and let us know.
- We protect accounts with rate limits, new-device alerts and similar measures.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the sites lawfully and in line with these terms, and not to attempt unauthorised access, overload the systems with automated tools, or access other people's accounts.
5. Personal data
Your personal data is processed as described in the privacy notice.
6. Intellectual property
Logos, designs, images and text on the sites belong to rixor or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
7. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account any time under Account > Security. rixor may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these terms.
8. Changes
We'll announce changes by email or on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use your account afterwards means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction. Contact: [email protected]
