Frequently asked questions
The most common questions about orders, quotes, printing and payment.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is shown on each product page. You can split one order of the same product across several colours with the same logo and print method; the minimum then applies to the total.
Do prices include VAT and printing?
Catalogue prices are per-unit product prices excluding VAT. The fee for the print method you choose is shown separately on the product page and in the cart according to quantity; for methods without a set price, the print fee is confirmed in the quote.
How do quotes work?
From your cart, enter the amount you would like to pay and ask for a quote. Our team either accepts it or gives you a price; you can accept, make one counter offer, or continue at list price. The agreed price is valid for the period shown on the quote.
Can I see how my logo will look on the product?
Yes. Once you upload your logo, every product in the catalogue is shown with it. On the product page you can change the logo’s position, size, colour and print method and download the preview as PNG or PDF. You also approve the print proof before ordering.
Which logo file should I upload?
You can upload SVG, PDF, AI or a PNG with a transparent background. A vector file gives the best result; see the logo file guide for details.
How do I pay?
Payment is by bank transfer: 50% when you confirm the order and the remaining 50% when production is finished, or the full amount upfront. Upload the receipt on the order page; production starts once it is approved.
How long do production and delivery take?
Add proof approval and shipping to the production time shown on the product page; the delivery time is confirmed in the quote. You can follow production progress and the estimated delivery date on the order page.
Can several people from my company use the account?
Yes. Invite your colleagues to your company account. Logos, quotes and orders are shared; members can ask for quotes, while owners and managers accept quotes and place orders.
