Laser engraving

Ink-free, permanent and single-tone: the most common method for metal pens, flasks, power banks, knives and bamboo products.

Updated: 11 October 2026

In laser engraving, a focused laser beam marks the logo into the surface. No ink is used: the beam removes the coating or marks the material itself. That is why the print does not rub off or fade.

How it looks on different surfaces

  • Painted or anodised metal (pens, flasks, power banks): the coating is removed and the metal underneath shows in a light silver tone.
  • Stainless steel: a dark, matte mark appears on the surface.
  • Wood, bamboo, cork, leather: warm, burnt brown tones.
  • Some plastics: a light or dark mark depending on the material; not every plastic is suitable.

The colour of the result depends on the material, so the logo colour cannot be chosen. That makes laser the natural choice for single-colour logos. Multi-colour logos become a single tone; gradients and photos are not suitable.

Why choose it?

  • Permanent: stays legible for years on products that are carried and used every day.
  • Precise: fine text and small details come out sharp.
  • No plates: there is no plate per colour, so it makes sense in small runs too.
  • Premium look: a silver mark on metal gives the product a corporate, high-end feel.

What does "Laser (one side)" mean?

Some products in the catalogue say Lazer (tek yön): the logo is engraved on one side of the product. If you want two sides or wrap-around engraving, just mention it in your quote request.

File tips

  • A vector logo (SVG, PDF, AI) gives the best result.
  • Avoid very thin lines; on small products a simplified version of the logo reads better.
  • Keep solid and empty areas clear; tonal transitions are lost in laser.

When laser is selected, the mockup shows your logo as a single metal or burnt tone on the product. Browse products that can be laser engraved.
